LUPINS ‘achieves excellent results in particularly complex cases”

We’re a solicitors’ practice, which means peace of mind for you. There are 5 reasons why you can relax when you use a solicitors’ practice like ours:

  • Rigorous training is required to qualify as a solicitor and so you can be assured of our legal expertise. We solicitors are required to keep up professional training throughout our careers, so we are always up to date.
  • All solicitors in private practice must hold a practising certificate issued annually by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the independent regulator (set up by the Law Society).
  • Professional standards are also guaranteed because all solicitors have to follow professional rules set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
  • And if things should go wrong, there’s insurance and an effective complaints system through the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Legal Services Ombudsman.

Finally, because we are solicitors, we are able to take cases all the way through the courts if that’s what’s needed to protect your rights. Read more about our Lexcel kitemark, our accredited immigration advisers, and what you can do if you’re not entirely happy with our services.
