Issues Client Faced

LUPINS were instructed by Mr G and his wife, both from Egypt, whilst both were detained at Yarls Wood IRC. They made an application for asylum on the grounds of their religion.

Our Action

We successfully argued that the case was not suitable for Fast Track.

The Result

Both were released within a few days of us taking instructions.

Following the release, we submitted further documentary evidence, detailed representations and addressed any discrepancies’ at his interviews. The SSHD made a decision and granted our client and his wife refugee status in the UK.

What The Client Said

“ I will always be extremely grateful for Pardeep’s hard work and efforts throughout my case. I was worried that as I was detained my asylum claim would not be properly considered and I would be returned to Egypt. However I soon realised that I had no reason to worry.”
