Client’s Situation

When Mr Murati first came to see us he was in a desperate situation requiring a new kidney. His application for a residence card had been refused after his wife had temporarily stopped working so there was a risk he would not be on the NHS donor list. With appeals taking so long to be listed we made a new application submitting medical evidence for the application to be expedited.

As the family member of an EEA national Mr Murati is now able to have full access to NHS treatment.

What The Client Said

When I came to Lupins I was given hope. Lawrence and Juliet really helped me and I could see they were doing everything possible to get my immigration status. Now thanks to Lupins I have my card and I can focus on getting my health back. A great thank you and I will always recommend this firm.
