Agron recently joined the corporate immigration team at Lupins as a caseworker bringing over 8 years of experience assisting companies and high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining Lupins, Agron worked for 8 years as an accredited senior immigration adviser. He successfully completed his LLB in Business Law from London Metropolitan University and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.

Throughout his legal career Agron has advised and assisted many clients both in the UK and overseas. He is an expert on all aspects of the points based system (PBS) and has a particular interest in:

Tier 1 Entrepreneur
Tier 1 Investor
Tier 2 General
Intra Company transfer applications

Agron has a wealth of experience in assisting companies and educational establishments with applications for sponsor licences, ongoing management of the sponsor licence system and advising at UK Visas and Immigration site inspections. He has been successful in making representations to the Home office for licences to be reinstated following suspension.

Agron has also acted for representatives of overseas businesses assisting them in establishing branch offices and subsidiaries in the UK

In addition to this Agron has developed a great deal of expertise with Tier 4 student applications, long residency, spouse and partner applications. He also advises on EEA immigration and British nationality.

Outside work Agron enjoys socialising with family and friends, watching movies and cycling. He has a passion for chess and was a champion school chess player – a useful skill when dealing with UK Visas and Immigration!.

Agron is fluent in Albanian and speaks very good Turkish.
