Supervisor Senior Caseworker
Nataliya is a Graduated Member of CILEX. She has worked in immigration and asylum law since 2001. Nataliya joined Lawrence Lupin Solicitors in 2004 and was accredited as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme in 2005. Nataliya is also a Supervisor in the firm.
She deals with a wide range of asylum and human rights cases and has an extensive experience in complex asylum and human rights cases, including those involving extradition in different jurisdictions, in particular concerning cases of our clients from Russia, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries.
Nataliya also deals with business immigration under the Points Based System, EEA applications, entry clearance applications, deportation appeals, bail applications, nationality applications. She has gained a solid experience in working on detention cases, in particular relating to claims for unlawful detention.
Nataliya speaks Ukrainian, Russian and has working knowledge of Polish.
