Pardeep specialises in Immigration and Nationality Law
Pardeep joined LUPINS in 2006 and is qualified under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a senior caseworker which allows her to specialise in Immigration and Nationality Law and provide specialist legal advice for publicly funded work.
Pardeep Somel graduated from Hertfordshire University with LLB honours in Law before completing her LPC at Inns School of Law, City University.
In 2007, she was offered a training contact at LUPINS and she completed seats in Immigration, Housing and Public Law and qualified as a solicitor in April 2009.
Pardeep specialises in asylum, entry clearance, family reunion and judicial review applications. More recently, she has gained extensive experience in detention cases in particular relating to claims of unlawful detention. Reported case: Huang, R (on the application of) v Secretary of State for the Home Department  EWHC 2069 (Admin).
