Rebecca Head was called to the Bar in 2002 having studied at Exeter, Oxford, SOAS and UWE. She has more than 14 years’ experience in immigration and asylum law.
Rebecca is our full-time, in-house advocate – a skilled advocate with extensive experience of representing clients at asylum, immigration, human rights, bail and deportation hearings.
Rebecca has gained significant expertise in representing clients from Syria, Sudan, Somalia, the DRC, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Gambia, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Eritrea, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Sri Lanka and from across Europe.
She has successfully represented private clients in a whole range of appeals including student, family EEA and post study work visa appeals.
Rebecca represents clients including drafting grounds and opinions at the Tribunal level, Judicial Reviews and in the Court of Appeal.
