Silpa is a Law Society Level 2 Immigration Caseworker. Silpa Bhudia graduated in law from Brunel University in 2004.
She started her immigration law career at a specialist law firm in West London in 2004 and joined LUPINS in 2007.
Since then she has been accredited as a Law Society Level 2 Caseworker and now works as a senior immigration caseworker. She undertakes all aspects of asylum and immigration work from initial application stage through to appeals as well as detention and Detained Asylum Casework. Silpa has five years’ experience in the field of immigration law and is committed to making a difference to the lives of her clients.
Her next step will be to qualify as a Supervisor.
