Senior Caseworker

Simon joined LUPINS in July 2015. Prior to joining Simon had a successful career working in the financial services industry. His change of career was driven by a desire to help vulnerable individuals at a time when they most need help.

Simon obtained a LL.M Qualifying Law Degree from Birkbeck College, University of London. He completed his masters part-time over three years while working full-time. He then when on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course on a part-time basis at the City University, London. Simon also has a BSc (hons) in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Throughout his studies Simon represented people on a pro-bono basis in front of the Employment Tribunal. He also mooted extensively throughout his studies, taking part in many competitions.

Simon joined LUPINS as a paralegal in July 2015 and became accredited in May 2016 as a Senior Level Two Caseworker, under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS).
